The executive chef Mr. Iossif Sikianakis who is one among few to have studied at the top schools of the Culinary institute of America as well as the Ecole Cuisine Alain Ducasse has inimitable experience on exquisite gastronomy trends. An experience that was built and implemented at Camares restaurant in Mykonos, Babbo restaurant in New York, Spoon restaurant in Paris and the Barbarossa Restaurant in Paros, Island where he has served as executive chef since 2007.
The menu dishes are fresh, inspired by Greek products and created with herbs and vegetables grown in the hotel’s garden. The delightful menu proposals are accompanied by a list of 30 Greek wine labels selected one by one by the exceptional sommelier Mrs Maria Delitsikou.
