Calme boutique Hotel indulges all your senses by proposing high quality gastronomy and wine flavors within a complete menu created only for the Seven Senses restaurant in Paros by Iossif Sikianakis. The executive chef who is one among few to have studied at the top schools of Cuilinary institute of America and more than that at Ecole Cuisine Alain Ducasse has inimitable experience on exquisite gastronomy trends. Having worked from Restaurant Camares in Mykonos, to Restaurant Babbo in New York and Restaurant Spoon in Paris, Mr. Iossif Sikianakis constitutes since 2007 the executive chef at Barbarossa Restaurant in Paros, Island.

The menu dishes are fresh, inspired by Greek products and created with herbs and vegetables grown in the hotel’s garden. The delightful menu proposals are accompanied by a 30 Greek wine labels list selected one by one by an exceptional sommelier Mrs Maria Delitsikou.
